BUT!.. then I noticed that the crystal had some kind of dirty looking film of something on the inside that looked like someone had forgot to clean it before assembly.Yup! This very expensive watch had passed QC with a foggy looking crystal that anyone could see if taken a moment to look,so I returned it wishing I could keep the leather band to use on my other Invicta watch that is perfect but has a synthetic band.I'm sure that my watch was just a screwed up mistake and yours will be fine... 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful  Watch is perfect but glass has a problem, By Philip DiChiara (East Rockaway, NY, US) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Invicta Men's 1460 Vintage Collection Riveted Leather Strap Black Dial Watch (Watch) So i got my new Invicta Men's 1460 Vintage collection and everything is perfect the picture is exactly what you get when you recieve the watch but i noticed that the glass looked like it had a smudge when i opened it after careful cleaning i found to my displeasure that the smudge seemed to be on the inside of the glass it almost looked like the glass was not properly cleaned before the watch was put together now over the left side of the watch there is this almost shadow that makes the watch looked scratched. Great decision! This is really a slick watch. The face is nice and large, but not obnoxiously so. The leather band with the rivets go well with the watch face. Really great design and quality. I believe this usually goes for $100...and at that price, it is still a bargain. Highly recommended! |
